Terms and right of withdrawal for Special Camping purchases
Before you complete your Special Camping purchases, we recommend that you familiarize yourself thoroughly with the conditions for the individual area and that you read our terms and conditions. You can find our terms and conditions here.
There are some of our Special Camping products which require you to pay a deposit. You can find more information about deposits here.
There is a 14-day right of cancellation on the camping products (incl. all Special Camping products and rental of camping equipment) you buy in our shop. Note that the 14 days begin on the day you placed the order in the webshop. If you wish to use the right of cancellation, you must send us an email at info@roskilde-festival.dk with information about your order.
If you have regretted your Special Camping purchase after the right of withdrawal has expired, you can instead resell the purchase until 12 June. You can read more about the resale and transfer of Special Camping products here.
