How do I purchase a Glamping Tipi?
You can purchase your Glamping Tipi through our webshop from 29 January at 10.00.
The price is DKK 3.600 (+ DKK 1.200 deposit)

What is a Glamping Tipi?
A Glamping Tipi is for those who want a slightly more luxurious camping experience while attending the festival.
The tipi is ready upon arrival and is furnished with two proper beds, duvets, pillows, bed linen and chairs. The high central height creates a spacious feel and makes it easy to move around and spend time in the tent—even outside sleeping hours. There is access to a 230 V power supply and space for luggage.
Your Glamping Tipi is reserved for you for the entire duration of the festival. Please note, however, that the Glamping Tipi area does not open until Sunday, 28 June at 10:00.
How big is a Glamping Tipi?
A Glamping Tipi is 320 x 320 x 280 cm.
Why can't I connect e.g. an electric kettle in the Glamping Tipi?
There are many Glamping Tipis that share the power supply. Therefore, you may only use the socket for connecting chargers for mobile phones etc., not for electric boilers and heaters. If you do that, the fuse goes off and the power goes out – not just in your own tipi, but also in all the neighbours'.
Can I set up a pavilion?
It is not permitted to set up pavilions in the Glamping Tipi area.
How will I be assigned my location?
You will receive an email with information about your exact location about a week before the start of the festival.
We make sure to place all products together if they are purchased on the same order. If you want to live together, but have not bought together, you can fill in our Camp Form no later than 27 May.
Please note that you must have purchased the same type of camping product in order to be placed together.
What should I do when I arrive?
When you arrive, please go to the reception in the area to check in.
Here you will also receive wristbands, which are required to use the hot showers in the area.
Please note that the Glamping Tipi area does not open until Sunday, 28 June at 10:00.
What do I need to do to get my deposit back?
When returning home, your Glamping Tipi and the surrounding area must be cleared of all gear and material brought with you. Before you leave the site, you must contact a camping host in the area's reception so that you can have the delivery of your Glamping Tipi approved.

How many products can I buy per order?
For the Glamping Tipis, the maximum number is 10. per order.
What rules apply in the area?
The rules for Glamping Tipis are as follows:
- The electrical outlet in the Glamping Tipi may only be used for charging laptops and mobile phones. You must not draw power for appliances such as electric kettles, hairdryers, etc.
- Setting up pavilions is not permitted.
- Any form of open fire, including candles, oil lamps, etc., is strictly prohibited.
- It is not permitted to move Glamping Tipis or to set up additional tents in the area.
- Anyone with a valid festival wristband may access the area.
- There are several items you are not allowed to bring into the camping area. You can find an overview of all prohibited items here: Prohibited items
- The Glamping Tipi area is a quiet zone, and amplified sound must be kept to a level that can only be heard in and around your Tenthouse.
- Upon departure, your Glamping Tipi and the surrounding area must be cleared of all personal equipment and materials you have brought with you.
- You must follow the instructions of the camping hosts regarding arrival, placement, conduct, and departure.
- All festival camping areas close on Sunday, 5 July at 12:00, and you must have vacated the area by that time.

Why can't I see my Special Camping products in my Wallet?
Your Special Camping products (as well as other rental products, beer, cider and the like) are transferred to your Wallet in the Roskilde Festival app immediately before the festival. As long as you have received your order confirmation and your order has been paid, you can therefore in general assume that everything is as it should be with your order, even if your Wallet is empty.
Why does it say that my Special Camping order is "unfulfilled" when I log into your webshop?
Your order appears as "unfulfilled" because your purchase has not yet been delivered. As long as you have received your order confirmation and your order has been paid for, you can therefore in general assume that everything is as it should be with your order, even if it says "unfulfilled".
Why are the Special Camping areas open to everyone?
We have assessed that there is no need to exclude anyone from camping areas and, therefore, do not wish to allocate resources to maintain access control. We also aim for a festival site that fosters and engages communities, without being divided into enclosed areas.
