Festivalgoers who have booked Early Entry will get access to Camping West and Camping East from Saturday 27 June at 10:00.
Everyone else will get access to Camping West and East from Saturday 27 June at 16:00.
Please note that you are only permitted to be at Camping West and East on Saturday 27 June from 10:00 to 16:00, if you have a valid reason and are wearing an official Roskilde Festival vest in the colour matching your task in the Camping Area.
Access to Volunteer Camping
Volunteer Camping is your opportunity to sleep in quiet surroundings in the same area as other volunteers at Roskilde Festival. The area consists of the green areas around Darup Sports Center at the western end of the festival site.
Volunteer Camping is divided into areas with different opening hours.
- Area Z covers the eastern part of Volunteer Camping and is open from Saturday 20 June at 12:00 until Tuesday 7 July at 12:00.
- Area Y covers the western part of the area and is open from Friday 26 June at 07:00 until Monday 6 July at 12:00.
When you have received your wristband at Check-In, you can access Volunteer Camping by going through Gate 0 and walking along Darupvej.

Camping West
If you want to pitch your tent in the Camping Area, you must comply with the same rules as festivalgoers in the area.
Camping West is set up as Regular Camping and Special Camping.
Access is available from Saturday 27 June at 10:00-16:00 with an Early Entry ticket and regular azzess from 16:00 via the West entrance.
Between 10:00 and 16:00, volunteers are not allowed to pitch tents, block off or in any way reserve an area for themselves or others at Camping West.
If you want access to Camping West on Saturday 27 June between 10:00 and 16:00, you need to book Early Entry via the RF Shop. Please note that there is a limited number of tickets for sale.
Additionally, if you have Early Entry via Entrance Train Station, you need to book a train ticket in advance. The price of a train ticket is DKK 75 and includes Early Entry. You can buy it via the RF Shop. If you arrive by train after 16:00, you can buy a train ticket at Roskilde Station.
Camping East
If you as a volunteer want to pitch your tent in the Camping Area, the same rules for access to the areas apply as for the participants.
Camping East is arranged as Community Camping, Regular Camping and Special Camping.
Access is available from Saturday 27 June at 10:00-16:00 with an Early Entry ticket and regular access from 16:00 via the East entrance.

Take the bus from Roskilde Station
On Saturday 27 June, shuttle buses operate from Roskilde Station to Check-In and back.
A shuttle bus for volunteers operates between Entrance East and Entrance West with stops at Gate 35, Gate 3, Gate 1, Gate 19, and Gate 25.
