iOS
- Check in the App Store whether your web browser is updated to the latest version.
- If it isn't, update and try logging in again.
- If that doesn't work, try changing your default browser on your iPhone by going to Settings.
- Scroll down until you find your preferred browser app (eg Chrome) and then tap it.
- Tap "Default Browser App". Then select the browser app you want to set as default.
Android
- Check in the Play Store if your web browser is updated to the latest version.
- If it isn't, update and try logging in again.
- If that doesn't work, try changing your default browser on Android by going to Settings > Apps > Default apps.
- Press Browser app and switch to another browser app (e.g. Chrome). Then try logging in again.
