If you find lost property, you must hand it over to the Lost Property Office in Central Park right away.

The Lost Property Office is open all hours from Saturday 29 June at 10.00 until Sunday 7 July at 12.00.

 

Claiming lost property

You can claim your lost property in the Lost Property Office in Central Park until Sunday 7 July at 12:00.

After Roskilde Festival, the Lost Property Office moves to the festival’s meeting rooms in the basement at Havsteensvej 11 in Roskilde. It is open Monday 8 July and Tuesday 9 July from 10:00-18:00.

On Wednesday 10 July, unclaimed lost property will be handed over to the Central and West Zealand Police in Roskilde, Skovbogade 3, 4000 Roskilde. You can contact them on phone +45 46 35 14 48.

The police will appreciate if you wait a week before you contact them.

There is a total of six locations on the Camping Area, where you can have a shower.

Cold showers are free and can be found by the toilets in C and L.

Hot showers are DKK35, and can be found in C, L and G, P and Caravan Camping. The hot showers are open from Saturday 29 June to Saturday 6 July from 08:00-22:00

There is also a shower wagon with private stalls. The wagon is not separated by gender. A shower is DKK35; it is open from Saturday 29 June to Saturday 6 July from 08:00-22:00 and is in J.

 

Free showers for volunteers

In addition to the six showers in the camping area, volunteers can use the showers in Volunteers’ Village and our three Volunteer Hubs for free.

The Volt Recharge Zones are manned 24 hours a day and will also be able to help you at night in case of an emergency.

Units that are unclaimed after Sunday 7 July at 12:00 will be handed over to the police’s Lost Property Office.

 

Charging Volt batteries

If you want to charge your mobile phone while on the go, you can get your hands on a Volt battery (Volt Charger) that will charge your phone from your pocket. For a small deposit, you can rent a Volt, and with our charging service you can swap your Volt battery for a fully charged battery daily.

Cool Lockers

Do you want to keep your food or beverages cold? Try one of our iceboxes – also called Cool Lockers. An icebox is both for storing your valuables and a fridge. The temperature is between 3-6°C and its measurements are W: 30 cm, H: 40 cm and D: 50 cm. The Cool Lockers can be found in 10 locations on the Camping Area.

Worried about losing your SOUNDBOKS? With a Soundlock, you can secure your SOUNDBOKS to the ground. Simply attach the lock to the ground, then lock your SOUNDBOKS to the Soundlock, and you can party worry-free.

Camping gear rental

Rent your tents, air mattresses and pavilions and avoid having to carry the gear to and from the festival. You simply return the gear when leaving the festival, thereby ensuring that the tents are reused year after year. The gear is available at Rent Your Gear which is located right next to the Volt Recharge Zone. ne.

Wardrobe

In the Volt Recharge Zone you can store your belongings. The price depends on what you need stored:

Smaller bags: DKK 25 /depositing
Larger bags (10-20 kg): DKK 50 /depositing
Camping gear: DKK 35 /deposited item

The Volt Recharge Zones are manned 24 hours a day for depositing and collecting private belongings.

 

Charging mobile phones and other devices

In the Volt Recharge Zones, you can charge your phone or power bank with your own charger. The price depends on the size of your device:

Mobile phone and power bank under (5000 mAh): DKK 30 /charge
Power banks of +5000 to 10,000 mAh: DKK 75 /charge

Power banks of +10,000 mAh and charge of boomblaster/SOUNDBOKS: DKK 150 /charge
Car batteries: DKK 250 /charge. We have the necessary equipment for charging these.

 

Inflating air mattresses

We can help inflate your air mattress at the cost of DKK 35. If you bring your own electronic pump, we have an outlet, but you can also borrow a pump.

 

Charging wheelchairs

In our Service Hubs you can charge your wheelchair at the cost of DKK 50 /charge.
