In Volunteers’ Village, we have everything your volunteer heart desires. The area is in the western part of the Inner Festival Area.
In this area, you can enjoy a break in calm surroundings and visit our food stands, which offer all kinds of food.

Volunteers’ Lounge
When entering the area you will see a big tent – that’s our Volunteers’ Lounge. Here, you can take a break in relaxing surroundings and charge your phone in the meantime. We have free coffee, tea, and lemonade, and in the bar, you can buy cold beer and water. You can also play a game of table football or beer pong with your co-volunteers.
There will be different activities throughout the week, so keep an eye on the info screens or ask in the bar.

Bar Rock
In the middle of Volunteers’ Village, you will find Bar Rock that serves as a gathering point for parties, dancing, having fun and good conversations. Check out the great selection of drinks – and enjoy a nice discount during First Days.

Stop by Unity in the heart of Volunteers’ Village for morning choirs, music quizzes, intimate live experiences and other enjoyable activities for all volunteers. Check the program on the signs in the area.

Wardrobe
At the wardrobe you can store your belongings from Friday 26 June to Saturday 4 July.
Volunteers’ Garden
Volunteers’ Garden is a calm, green area for relaxation. Here, you can take a break and participate in numerous activities. Look forward to yoga, massage, mindfulness, knitwork, dancing, Qi Gong and much more.
Swing by our alcohol-free garden and recharge the human batteries in calm surroundings.
Feel free to use our meeting facilities which are in a quiet area.
In the styling tent, you can do your hair and makeup – remember to bring along your own products. You can also get a sparkle of glimmer on your cheek and get ready for the next celebration.

Book the meeting tent “MØ” in Volunteers’ Garden
The meeting tent “MØ” in Volunteers’ Garden is open from Saturday 27 June to Saturday 4 July from 10.00 to 20.00. It can be booked in two ways:
1. Book in advance (SMS)
Would you like to make sure you get a specific time slot? If so, you need to book in advance – no later than the day before you need to use the tent.
To do so, send a text message to tel. 27243772 with the following information:
- First name and surname
- The time you would like to book and for how long
The meeting tent is booked once you have received a confirmation.
2. Book on the day (drop-in)
Do you need a meeting place right now?
Visit the meeting tent and check the board for available time slots. If there is an available slot, write your name on it.
Cancellation of booking
If you want to cancel your booking (no later than the day before), send a text message to tel. 27243772.
If you want to cancel on the day of your booking, you must remove your reservation from the board yourself.
