Consider the following when planning your arrival at Roskilde Festival:
- When you arrive, the first thing you need to do is exchange your ticket for a wristband. You can do this at one of our Wristband Exchanges, located at the entrances. Please note that the different Wristband Exchanges have different opening hours.
You can get an overview of the locations of the entrances and the locations and opening hours of all Wristband Exchanges on our arrival map.
If you come to the festival area by train, you can get your wristband at the train station on the festival site. - Be aware of heavy traffic on the opening day, where it may take a very long time to arrive by car.
- From Roskilde Station you can take a shuttle bus, train or taxi to the festival. All buses have ramps that allow access for wheelchair users.
- If you have difficulties walking, you should choose an entrance near the camping area or the stage you want to go to. See the distance guide below.
- If you need plenty of space around you, we recommend that you do not come on the opening day, but wait until the following day, Sunday June 29th.
- Make sure to plan your arrival well in advance and feel free to contact us at info@roskilde-festival.dk if you have any questions.
You can find much more information about arrival as well as timetables for buses and trains here.
