You must apply for accreditation to gain access as an agency, record label, management or festival, and we recommend that you read our terms and conditions for industry accreditation before you and your company submit an application.
When and how do I apply?
You must apply for industry accreditation via an application form, which is available on our website from Monday, March 23rd.
If you are a freelancer, please note that it is the employer who is commissioning the task who must submit the application form for you.
The deadline for applying for industry accreditation for Roskilde Festival 2026 is Friday, May 15th at 23.59.
How much does accreditation cost?
An accreditation fee for the entire festival costs 630 DKK and it costs 420 DKK for one day (plus fee).
Roskilde Festival is an independant non-profit festival and payment of the accreditation fee contributes to Roskilde Festival's expenses in connection with establishing the many different facilities for accredited persons in Backstage Village. You can read more about the facilities here.
What if my company wants to apply for accreditation for more than one representative?
If your agency, record label, management or festival wants to have more than one representative accredited, we ask that you submit one single application.
