  1. Download our app and open it.
  2. Select "Wallet" in the app's menu.

  • You may be logged in with a different profile than the one you used to purchase the products. Make sure you sign in with the correct profile associated with your purchases.
  • It may be that the purchased product can't be claimed at Roskilde Festival. We recommend that you check your order confirmation for more information about the product's delivery location and time.

How do I connect my festival wristband to my Wallet?

To link your festival wristband to your Wallet, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Wallet and click on the wristband icon, located at the top left.
    Enter the codes that you will find on the back of the chip on your wristband.
  2. In this way, your festival wristband will be connected and synchronized with your Wallet.

 

How do I remove my festival wristband from my Wallet?

To remove your wristband from your Wallet, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Wallet in the app on your device.
  2. Click on the wristband icon, which is located in the upper left corner.
  3. This will open the wristband settings in your Wallet.
  4. Find your associated wristband and select the option to remove it.
  5. Confirm the action when prompted.
  6. Now your wristband has been removed from your Wallet.

Note that if you need to associate a new wristband with your Wallet, you can do so in the same place by selecting the option to associate a wristband and following the steps provided.

Please note that removing your wristband from your Wallet will mean that any associated information and features will no longer be available in your Wallet.

If you have already linked your wristband to your Wallet, you can easily claim your purchases by going to the product pick-up point and have your wristband scanned. You can also use the QR code in your Wallet to claim your purchase. Follow these steps to apply the QR code:

  1. Open your Wallet in the app on your device.
  2. When you are at the delivery point, present the QR code to the staff by tapping the QR code in your Wallet.

The staff will scan the QR code and you will be handed your product.

Remember to have your Wallet ready and ensure that your device is sufficiently charged to display the QR code when handing out the products.

 

How do I see the status of my webshop purchases?

You can find a status of your purchased products from the webshop by opening your Wallet. Under each individual product, you will be able to see its status. If you cannot find a particular product, it may be that it has already been delivered to you. If so, you can find it in your history by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the screen. Here you can get an overview of all your previous activities and find products that have already been delivered.
