App
You can download and install our app by visiting either App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). Search for "Roskilde Festival" and press "Download" or "Install" to download the app onto your device.
To change the language settings you have to follow these steps:
- Open the app and choose "Settings" under "More"
- Press "Change language" and the app will redirect you to your device's system settings
- In the system settings you can choose your prefered language on the list of available languages
Once you have chosen your prefered language, the app will automatically apply the change.
If you want to enable push notifications in the app, you can follow these steps:
- Open the app and go to the "Settings" section under "More"
- Find and select "Notifications"
- After that, go to your device's system settings
- Find the app notifications option and enable it to receive push notifications from our app
In this way, you will be able to receive important messages and updates via push notifications directly on your device.
If you want to connect your Spotify account to the app, follow these steps:
- Open the app and go to the "Settings" section under "More"
- Find "Profiles" and select "Spotify"
- Activate the option for Spotify and log in with your Spotify details
Please note that this feature is currently only available for iOS devices and is not compatible with Android phones.
Please note that it is not possible to connect the app to other music streaming services. We only support integration with Spotify at this time.
You can create a playlist with your favorite artists for the upcoming festival by marking the artists as favourites. Simply click the heart icon next to each artist's name. Once you've marked some favorites, you can find your personal playlist by going to the "Playlists" section and selecting "Favorites".
Please be aware that you have to connect your app with your Spotify account to create a playlist with your favorites.
To get the most out of our app, we recommend allowing access to location services. This allows you to navigate around the festival site using our interactive map as well as receive important push notifications and security messages relevant to your location. To allow the app to access your location, follow these steps:
- Open the app and go to the "Settings" section under "More"
- Click on "Location Services" or "Background Location Services"
- This will open your device's system settings
- Inside the system settings, you can allow the app to use your location by enabling the location services option.
By following these steps, you can ensure that the app has access to your location and you can take advantage of the various features associated with your location.
