How much does Smart Ticket cost?
The ticket costs the same as a regular partout ticket (DKK 2.520 + fee), but the payment is divided into five installments of DKK 504 plus a registration fee. The first installment is deducted from your payment card when you register. You don't pay extra and there are no hidden fees. A one-off fee will be charged in connection with your registration, but beyond that there are no additional fees included in the purchase of your Smart Ticket.
It was also possible to purchase Smart Tickets from June 29th to July 12th, where the ticket cost was divided into eight installmens of DKK 315 + fee.

When do Smart Ticket sales end?
Smart Ticket sales closed on November 14th, and it is no longer possible to purchase a Smart Ticket.

Will I receive my ticket immediately?
You have reserved a ticket for Roskilde Festival 2025 as soon as you have registered for Smart Ticket. After your last payment has been deducted from your payment card, Ticketmaster will send you your ticket. You will receive the ticket during April 2025.

How old do I have to be to register for Smart Ticket?
You must be at least 18 years old to register for Smart Ticket. If you are under 18, someone older than 18 must register for you.

Why is the ticket fee on a Smart Ticket higher than on a normal partout ticket?
The ticket price is the same, regardless of whether you pay the amount in eight installments with your Smart Ticket, or you pay the full amount at once. Smart Ticket has higher ticket fees, as there are higher costs associated with selling this type of ticket compared to a normal partout ticket. This is due, among other things, to the different payment plans, reminders about missing payments and feedback after refunding a Smart Ticket. The ticket fee must only be paid at your registration and NOT at each of the eight collections.

Are all payments automated?
Yes. As soon as you have registered for Smart Ticket, you can sit back and look forward to Roskilde Festival 2025. All installments are paid automatically, and they are debited to your payment card on the first day of the month from and including December 1st (September 1st if you purchased your Smart Ticket with eight installments) and up to and including April 1st 2025. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and ensure that your payment information is up to date.

Can I buy more than one Smart Ticket at the same time?
Unfortunately not. If you want to buy more than one ticket, you must buy the tickets in two or more installments. If you wish to cancel your tickets, you must also do so in two or more rounds, each with its own subscription ID.

What do I do if I lose my payment card?
If we are unable to deduct the payment from your payment card (eg if your payment card has been lost, stolen or expired) you will receive an email with a link to renew your payment information after the payment is declined. If you do not renew your payment details within three days, your Smart Ticket will be canceled and you will be fully refunded (excluding the registration fee) within 30 days

Will I receive my ticket immediately?
You have reserved a ticket for Roskilde Festival 2025 as soon as you have registered for Smart Ticket. After your last payment has been deducted from your payment card, Ticketmaster will send you your ticket. You will receive the ticket during April 2025.

How can I keep track of my payments?
As soon as you are registered for Smart Ticket, you can use your e-mail and subscription ID to log in to "My profile". Here you can follow your payments, update your payment information or cancel your ticket. Your log-in information is confidential and you must not pass it on to others. Apart from your name, no personal information appears under "My profile".

How do I cancel my Smart Ticket?
You can cancel your Smart Ticket at any time before March 31st 2025 by logging in to "My profile" and clicking on "cancel Smart Ticket". The full amount for your Smart Ticket will subsequently be refunded to your payment card within 30 days. It is not possible to get a refund of the registration fee.

Is Ticketmaster's Fan Guarantee available with Smart Ticket?
No, but you can cancel your ticket for any time before March 31st 2025 by logging in to "My profile" and clicking on "cancel Smart Ticket". Your payments will be refunded within 30 days. It is not possible to get a refund of the registration fee.

Is there a name on the ticket?
Yes, but the name on the ticket does not restrict others from using the ticket. So you don't have to worry if a friend buys you a ticket or you receive it as a gift.

Is Ticket Transfer available with Smart Tickets?
Yes. After your last payment has been deducted from your payment card and you have received your ticket from Ticketmaster, you can use Ticket Transfer.

Is Ticketmaster Resale available for Smart Ticket?
Yes. After your last payment has been deducted from your payment card and you have received your ticket from Ticketmaster, you can use Ticketmaster Resale.

For an additional 200 DKK on top of your festival ticket, you can support the Green Youth Movement’s climate action.

If you would like to donate a larger amount, you can multiply the 200 DKK by selecting a number in the menu. All proceeds go directly to the Green Youth Movement's activities for a sustainable future.

After the festival, we’ll send you an email with more information about the activities you have supported through your donation.
