Food Is Now is an experience room and a restaurant in Tradezone. The area lovingly explore the potentials and possibilities of food. We make room for strong voices and key actors within the food system, and invite guests to workshops, talks, and sensory tasting experiences. Every day, seats can be purchased at the table, where a multi-course social dining menu unfolds using local ingredients in collaboration with chefs, youth organizations, and artists.
