Most stages have podiums to make sure that wheelchair users have a chance to be at the same level as the rest of the audience.
If you are not comfortable standing close in big groups, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the individual stages’ podiums, sitting installations, audience density, location of big screens and sound conditions. The hosts in front of the stages are there to help.
We cannot reserve a spot on the podium for individual concerts. Here are the rules for the platforms:
- Make room. The platforms are intended for those who need them the most.
- Everyone on the platform must be seated. Sit down as soon as you find a place on the platform.
- Everyone is welcome on the platforms, but guests who cannot stand during the concerts have priority.
If you can stand but your festival partner has priority for the platform, you may accompany them on the platform if there is room. If others with priority arrive later, you must give up your place to them.
Crowd Safety can close access to the platform if necessary. They may also keep the platform closed after concerts until the audience flow allows it to be reopened. Therefore, you should arrive early if you need a place on the platform.
