To gain access to Roskilde Festival as a journalist, photographer, or similar – and to secure access to the festival’s press facilities – you must be accredited in advance. Accreditation is based on an application, and we recommend that you familiarize yourself with our accreditation terms before you and/or your media outlet/employer apply.
When and how do I apply?
You must apply for media accreditation via an application form, which will be available on the website from Monday, March 9th.
If you are a freelancer, please note that your assigning employer must complete the application form on your behalf.
The deadline to apply for media accreditation for Roskilde Festival 2025 is Friday, 15 May, at 23.59.
How much does accreditation cost?
The accreditation fee for the entire festival is 630 DKK and 420 DKK for a single day (plus service fee).
Roskilde Festival is an independant non-profit festival, and the accreditation fee contributes to covering the festival’s expenses related to the establishment of the Press Center and various other facilities for accredited individuals (read more about the facilities here).
What if my media outlet wants to apply for more than one representative?
If a media outlet wishes to accredit more than one representative, we ask that a single, joint application be submitted.
Can I access Roskilde Festival with my press card?
Press access to the festival site is only granted through accreditation. Your press card alone does not grant access.
