At Roskilde Festival, our volunteers are as diverse as the tasks we carry out, and we believe that diversity makes our community stronger. We work to create an inclusive environment that accommodates different needs and where everyone can contribute and feel safe and welcome in our community.
The only requirement for volunteering is that you must be at least 15 years old when the festival begins. For volunteer roles involving the sale of alcoholic beverages and beer, as well as safety-related tasks, you must be at least 18 years old. Some roles may require you to be at least 21 years old. The age requirement will be stated in each volunteer posting.
Who can volunteer at Roskilde Festival?

That’s why we work to create an inclusive environment where different needs are respected, where everyone can contribute, and where all feel safe and welcome in our community.
The only requirement for becoming a volunteer is that you must be at least 15 years old by the start of the festival. For volunteer roles involving the sale of alcohol or working with safety — such as service staff in the camping area or crowd safety — you must be at least 18 years old. Some roles may require you to be 21.
