Smart Ticket is your chance to pay for your full festival ticket in five installments. Get to know all the details of Smart Ticket here.
How much does Smart Ticket cost?
The ticket costs the same as a regular full festival ticket (DKK 2,400 + fee), but the payment is divided into five installments of DKK 480 each. The first installment will be charged to your payment card upon registration. You won't pay any extra, and there are no hidden fees. A one-time fee will be applied during registration, but apart from that, there are no additional fees included in your Smart Ticket purchase.
When does the sale of Smart Ticket end?
The sale of Smart Ticket opens on 31 October and closes on 19 November, 2023. To avail of the Smart Ticket, you must register before that date, unless all tickets are sold out before then.
Will I receive my ticket immediately?
As soon as you register for Smart Ticket, you've reserved a ticket for Roskilde Festival 2024. After your last payment is deducted from your payment card, Ticketmaster will send you your ticket. You will receive the ticket in April 2024.
How old do I need to be to sign up for Smart Ticket?
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for Smart Ticket. If you are under 18, a person who is older than 18 must sign up on your behalf.
The ticket price is the same, whether you pay the amount in five installments with your Smart Ticket or the full amount at once. Smart Ticket has higher ticket fees because there are additional costs associated with selling this type of ticket compared to a regular full festival ticket. This is due to different payment schedules, reminders for missed payments, and feedback after the refunding of a Smart Ticket. The ticket fee is only charged at the time of your registration and NOT with each of the five installments.
Are all payments automated?
Yes, once you've signed up for Smart Ticket, you can sit back and look forward to Roskilde Festival 2024. All installments are paid automatically and will be deducted from your payment card on the first business day of the month until 1 April 2024. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and ensure that your payment information is up to date.
Can I purchase more than one Smart Ticket at once?
Unfortunately, no. If you want to purchase more than one ticket, you should buy them separately. If you wish to cancel your tickets, you should also do so separately, each with its own subscription ID.
What do I do if I lose my payment card?
If we are unable to process the payment from your payment card (e.g., if your payment card is lost, stolen, or expired), you will receive an email with a link to update your payment information after the payment is declined. If you do not update your payment information within three days, your Smart Ticket will be canceled, and you will be fully refunded (excluding the registration fee) within 30 days.
Will I receive my ticket immediately?
As soon as you sign up for Smart Ticket, you have reserved a ticket for Roskilde Festival 2024. After your final payment is deducted from your payment card, Ticketmaster will send you your ticket. You will receive the ticket in April 2024.
How can I track my payments?
Once you are registered for Smart Ticket, you can use your email and subscription ID to log in to "My Profile." Here, you can track your payments, update your payment information, or cancel your ticket. Your login information is confidential, and you must not share it with others. Apart from your name, no personal information is displayed under "My Profile".
How do I cancel my Smart Ticket?
You can cancel your Smart Ticket at any time before 31 March 2024 by logging in to "My Profile" and clicking on "Cancel Smart Ticket." The full amount of your Smart Ticket will be refunded to your payment card within 30 days. It is not possible to get a refund for the registration fee.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment information by logging in to "My Profile" and clicking on "Update Payment Information." Your payment information will be updated and ready for the next installment.
Is the amount refunded if I change my mind about the purchase?
As long as you cancel your Smart Ticket before 31 March 2024, payments will be refunded within 30 days after you have canceled your Smart Ticket.
Is Ticketmaster's Fan Guarantee available with Smart Ticket?
No, but you can cancel your ticket at any time before 31 March, 2024, by logging into "My Profile" and clicking on "Cancel Smart Ticket." Your payments will be refunded within 30 days. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Is there a name on the ticket?
Yes, but the name on the ticket does not restrict others from using it. So, you don't need to worry if a friend purchases a ticket for you or if you receive it as a gift.
Is Ticket Transfer available with Smart Tickets?
Yes. After your final payment is deducted from your payment card, and you have received your ticket from Ticketmaster, you can use Ticket Transfer.
Is Ticketmaster Resale available for Smart Ticket?
Yes. After your final payment has been deducted from your payment card, and you have received your ticket from Ticketmaster, you can use Ticketmaster Resale.
