Are all payments automated?
Yes, once you've signed up for Smart Ticket, you can sit back and look forward to Roskilde Festival 2024. All installments are paid automatically and will be deducted from your payment card on the first business day of the month until 1 April 2024. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and ensure that your payment information is up to date.
Can I purchase more than one Smart Ticket at once?
Unfortunately, no. If you want to purchase more than one ticket, you should buy them separately. If you wish to cancel your tickets, you should also do so separately, each with its own subscription ID.
What do I do if I lose my payment card?
If we are unable to process the payment from your payment card (e.g., if your payment card is lost, stolen, or expired), you will receive an email with a link to update your payment information after the payment is declined. If you do not update your payment information within three days, your Smart Ticket will be canceled, and you will be fully refunded (excluding the registration fee) within 30 days.
Will I receive my ticket immediately?
As soon as you sign up for Smart Ticket, you have reserved a ticket for Roskilde Festival 2024. After your final payment is deducted from your payment card, Ticketmaster will send you your ticket. You will receive the ticket in April 2024.
How can I track my payments?
Once you are registered for Smart Ticket, you can use your email and subscription ID to log in to "My Profile." Here, you can track your payments, update your payment information, or cancel your ticket. Your login information is confidential, and you must not share it with others. Apart from your name, no personal information is displayed under "My Profile".
How do I cancel my Smart Ticket?
You can cancel your Smart Ticket at any time before 31 March 2024 by logging in to "My Profile" and clicking on "Cancel Smart Ticket." The full amount of your Smart Ticket will be refunded to your payment card within 30 days. It is not possible to get a refund for the registration fee.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment information by logging in to "My Profile" and clicking on "Update Payment Information." Your payment information will be updated and ready for the next installment.
Is the amount refunded if I change my mind about the purchase?
As long as you cancel your Smart Ticket before 31 March 2024, payments will be refunded within 30 days after you have canceled your Smart Ticket.
Is Ticketmaster's Fan Guarantee available with Smart Ticket?
No, but you can cancel your ticket at any time before 31 March, 2024, by logging into "My Profile" and clicking on "Cancel Smart Ticket." Your payments will be refunded within 30 days. The registration fee is non-refundable.
